The Veggie Monster Says

First of all, thank you for your kind emails and messages! I needed to take a break from blogging for a bit, but I’m ready to jump right back in so I thought I’d just do a little update before I get back to regularly scheduled posting next week.

1). I cancelled my weekly veg box from Abel & Cole. In the end, the whole vegetables coming wrapped in wool thing was a little to much for me. And I spend a lot less money on groceries now.

2). There has been lots and lots of cooking going on so I have some lovely, frugal, and of course vegan recipes to share with everyone!

3). I bought a blender so… smoothies all around!
